11月20日は第２回のミーテングとして、金子さんご主人・ミレナさん・名古屋さんにも追加参加いただきました。主要議題はマガタ第二図書館の再建ですが、双方顔を見ての会議では、懐かしい出会いもあり、懐かしさの溢れるミーテングとなりました。オンラインミーテングの活用は、現地とのコミュニケーションを、格段に改善させています。

（当日のミーテングで確認したこと）
今回のミーテングの中では
１）現地からは、日ー比辞書の提供が求められていましたので、送付する辞書について確認し、次回絵本発送時に同封することとしました。
２）現地の皆さんの日本語勉強の進捗についてコロナ感染の状況などもあり進んでいないとのコメントがあり、頑張るよう金子さんより激励されました。
３）図書館再建の件、当日のミーテングの中では、まとまりに欠けましたが、リザより次の回答を得ています。

こんにちは、宮崎さん、リザとバランガイの代表と昨日話をした結果、必要とするのは次の通りです。
1.マガタの人々が署名する図書館再建を求めるSPMからのリクエスト
2.建設計画のスケッチ
3.現在の図書館を構築する前のSPMへの土地寄付の証明
4.建設場所の写真
3番は複雑で、SPMは持っていません。オモンによると、バランガイの代表が建設した時に管理していたと言っています。

Good afternoon Mr. Miyazaki, sir Liza talked to the Captain yesterday and here are the lists of things needed:
1. SPM request for the reconstruction of library with Magata people signature
2. Sketch plan with materials
3. Proof of Land donation to SPM before building the current library
4. Picture of location
No. 3 is complicated, SPM doesn't have it, according to Omon when it was built the Barangay Captain that time was the one who managed it.
